Hi Everyone! 

I'm Alyssa and I am the face behind Alyssa June Portraits. I have always been the person with a camera in their hand from the time I was little up until now. My passion for photography has just continued to grow as I got older and when I graduated high school I went on to Iowa Central Community College to pursue a degree in professional photography. While in school I learned many different types of photography and really began to find my style. My portrait style is very light and airy. I have experience with both indoor and outdoor portraits and that is something that makes me unique. 

When I am not behind the camera I love to spend my time traveling, being with friends and family, crafting and I also find myself behind the camera on nature walks and finding wildlife. I am a lover of all animals, I have pointed out cute critters to clients during a session before! I continue to learn new things everyday and I love it. 

What can you expect when you book me as your photographer? I tailor your session to YOU to ensure that I meet your needs. From helping you determine the best color scheme to what prints and sizes would be best for your home, I am with you until the end. I know how important your portraits are and I want to make sure that you are satisfied. When I photograph your session you can expect a laid back gal who can take charge if need be. Booking me as a wedding photographer? When I tackle a wedding I am a photographer, an organizer, a seamstress, the person that keeps you on schedule and does anything to help make your day go smoothly.
